Errata and corrections
Material corrections, updates and clarifications.
This page lists material corrections to the first edition of Quiet Capitals. A correction is published here when a reader identifies an error of fact, when external data the book cites has been superseded, or when ambiguous phrasing has been clarified.
Minor typographical fixes between print runs are not listed individually. Substantive corrections roll into the next edition; the second edition is planned within 12 to 18 months of first publication.
